A unique experience for park guests occurs in Disney’s California Adventure Park. The animation studio is open to all ages to get a one of a kind experience to draw some of your favorite Disney characters. Experiences or inexperienced artists are all welcomed. For someone that me that is nowhere near being a talented artist, this experience was beyond special and surprisingly super easy. The animators take you step by step into creating your character onto your own paper. Pencils and sketch paper are provided to each guest attending the class. You can take your sketch home and always remember the memorable moment you had in creating your character. There is an animation schedule placed outside of the academy building for guests to see what times and what characters are being offered throughout the day. The experience is approximately 30 minutes long and is a nice little break to take away from the crowds and heat as air conditioning is inside.
